Menerga moved into a new, energy-saving office in 2004 and won the Greenbuilding Award with it the same year. Menerga Slovenia is the first Greenbuilding Partner in Slovenia.
In 2004, Menerga moved into a newly constructed, energy-efficient office building. This innovative facility was designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating advanced energy-saving technologies and environmentally conscious construction methods. Key components of the building automation system included products from SE-Elektronic, which contributed to the precise control and monitoring of energy usage. The project was recognised with the prestigious Greenbuilding Award in the same year, highlighting its exemplary performance in sustainable architecture and energy efficiency.
The new headquarters not only provided a modern and comfortable working environment but also significantly reduced energy consumption and operational costs. The building’s design and performance set a benchmark for sustainable office spaces in the region. Furthermore, Menerga Slovenia became the first official Greenbuilding Partner in the country, reinforcing the company’s leadership in environmental responsibility and green innovation. Products from SE-Elektronic played a role in achieving these results by enabling intelligent energy management and system integration.
The project exemplifies how sustainable building practices can lead to long-term environmental and economic benefits. By reducing energy consumption and emissions, Menerga’s headquarters contributes to climate protection and resource conservation. As a Greenbuilding Partner, Menerga Slovenia plays a key role in promoting sustainable construction practices across the region.
