Team Coordinator (m/f/d) THT Manufacturing

Your tasks – Responsibility & variety:

• Technical management and support of employees in the area of THT soldering, including assembly, wave soldering, and manual soldering
• Operation, monitoring, cleaning, and setup of the wave soldering system
• Manufacture of series and prototypes of electronic assemblies
• Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards according to assembly plan
• Responsibility for key figures such as quality, productivity, and output
• Visual inspection of assembled circuit boards to ensure the highest standards

YOUR PROFILE – what you bring to the table:

• Completed technical training desirable
• Several years of experience in THT manufacturing, particularly in working with wave soldering systems
• In-depth knowledge of hand soldering and repair soldering
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally initial experience with ERP systems
• Structured and responsible approach to work, combined with team spirit and assertiveness
• Resilience and enjoyment of taking on responsibility
