Quality & IMS Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring, maintaining and continuously developing a standards-compliant and forward-looking quality and integrated management system (IMS)
• Implementation and further development of the company-wide quality policy in close consultation with the management
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant norms and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001; ideally others such as ISO 50001)
• Planning, conducting and following up on internal audits, as well as coordinating external audits (e.g. certification, supplier and customer audits)
• Coordination and monitoring of the complaints handling process, including root cause analysis, action management and a systematic improvement process
• Establishment, maintenance and further development of a key performance indicator-based quality control system
• Analysis, description and optimisation of business processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments
• Integration of ESG and sustainability requirements into the management system, including the collection of key performance indicators and support for the sustainability strategy
• Interface function relating to health and safety, energy management and compliance

YOUR PROFILE:

• A degree in engineering, natural sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field, or technical training leading to a qualification as a technician (m/f/d) and relevant quality management experience
• Additional qualification in quality management (e.g. quality representative, auditor or manager in accordance with ISO 9001, ideally DGQ-accredited)
• Several years’ professional experience in establishing, maintaining and further developing quality and management systems
• A thorough understanding of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001; ideally others such as ISO 50001)
• Proficiency in the use of quality management methods and tools (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, PDCA)
• A structured, analytical and independent approach to work, with a high degree of initiative
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CAQ systems
