On 20.05.2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from FläktGroup to SE-Elektronic GmbH in Göppingen – Alexandru Mircea, Global Director Purchasing, and Catalin Ilie, Global Supply Chain Quality Manager.
The visit centered around an engaging and forward-looking workshop focused on Supply Chain Quality & Purchasing. Together with our local Quality Management and Purchasing teams, we explored SE-Elektronic’s capabilities and discussed concrete steps to optimize supply chain performance and strengthen global collaboration.
A key highlight of the session was the introduction of FläktGroup’s global sourcing strategy, offering valuable insights into future directions and shared goals. The open exchange of ideas and the proactive mindset of all participants laid the groundwork for more efficient, quality-driven processes across the supply chain.
