This week, we had the privilege of hosting a very special event at SE-Elektronic GmbH in Göppingen: the annual Global Operations Meeting 2025 for FläktGroup production sites worldwide!
It was a great honor and pleasure for us to welcome colleagues from all over the world. Together, we spent two intensive days with a challenging agenda: The focus was on the strategic orientation of global functions, mutual coordination, and a common understanding of future challenges.
A particular highlight was the round of introductions by the individual locations, during which exciting local initiatives were presented. These insights led to a valuable transfer of knowledge at the highest level—an ideal basis for learning from each other, developing new ideas, and further optimizing daily business.
In addition to exchanging ideas, there was also plenty of time for socializing: the evenings spent together and the impressive factory tour at Mercedes-Benz in Sindelfingen provided great shared experiences and strengthened the team spirit across national borders.
Special thanks go to our location assistant, whose extraordinary commitment made the planning, coordination, and execution of this event possible—an outstanding achievement!
