On 19.03.2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Bernd Hoffmann, COO of FläktGroup, to SE-Elektronic GmbH in Göppingen for a comprehensive OPS Review session.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to present our production capabilities in detail, including an in-depth look at our organization, shopfloor setup, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement processes. Together with our Production Management team, Philipp and Oliver, we conducted a Gemba walk and engaged in insightful discussions on practical improvements and process optimization.
A special highlight was Bernd’s participation in our monthly company townhall, where he connected directly with the SE team and shared motivating feedback and ideas. His hands-on involvement and support are truly appreciated.
