Production Planner / Production Controller (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support for production management in planning, controlling, and monitoring manufacturing processes
• Ensure smooth production processes and continuously optimize planning workflows
• Deadline tracking and prioritization of orders in close coordination with production, procurement, and logistics
• Independently initiate and track production orders
• Coordination of logistics processes (order picking, warehousing, and shipping)
• Organization and execution of inventory counts
• Ensuring the on-time availability of materials in close collaboration with procurement
• Analysis of production KPIs and derivation of appropriate measures to increase efficiency
• Preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making documents

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in an industrial environment
• Further training in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage
• Ideally, knowledge of electronic components from the field of electrical engineering
• Experience in production planning and/or production control
• Proficiency in ERP systems as well as very strong Excel skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, particularly when coordinating with different departments
• Good command of German and English
