This week, we had the privilege of hosting a very special event at SE-Elektronic GmbH in G\u00f6ppingen: the annual Global Operations Meeting 2025 for Fl\u00e4ktGroup production sites worldwide!<\/p>\n\n
It was a great honor and pleasure for us to welcome colleagues from all over the world. Together, we spent two intensive days with a challenging agenda: The focus was on the strategic orientation of global functions, mutual coordination, and a common understanding of future challenges. <\/p>\n\n
A particular highlight was the round of introductions by the individual locations, during which exciting local initiatives were presented. These insights led to a valuable transfer of knowledge at the highest level\u2014an ideal basis for learning from each other, developing new ideas, and further optimizing daily business. <\/p>\n\n
In addition to exchanging ideas, there was also plenty of time for socializing: the evenings spent together and the impressive factory tour at Mercedes-Benz in Sindelfingen provided great shared experiences and strengthened the team spirit across national borders.<\/p>\n\n
Special thanks go to our location assistant, whose extraordinary commitment made the planning, coordination, and execution of this event possible\u2014an outstanding achievement!<\/p>\n\n
We are already looking forward to the next reunion and would like to thank everyone involved for these inspiring and wonderful days!<\/p>\n\n
